Share your favorite part of FoundryInk

The fastest growth is a reader telling a friend. FoundryInk puts a Share button on everything public, a studio, a series, an issue, a profile, with the same handy menu everywhere. Here is how to send your favorite thing anywhere.

Read time about 4 min

1The Share menu, everywhere

Hit Share on any public page and you get four ways out: Copy link (the clean public URL), Social (a prefilled post for the big networks that opens ready to send), Email (your mail app with the subject and body filled), and Send as message (deep-links a connection with the link attached). The moment you publish, a Share sheet also pops up, and a Share button sits right by the live badge.

FoundryInk never posts for you. Social and email open ready to go, and you press send, so it is always your voice.
Pro note
Copy link is the quiet workhorse. Grab it the second an issue goes live and drop it wherever your people are.

2Send it out in the world

Sharing is not only links. Connect your accounts in Reach and broadcast a post to your social spots in one go. And anything public, your studio, a series, an issue, your profile, carries the same Share button, so a fan who loves one panel can pass along exactly the page they mean.

Pro note
Share your profile too, not just an issue. It is the one link that shows a newcomer everything you make.

3Bridge the offline world

For the physical world, make a branded QR code (in the QR Codes tab) that points at any of your pages, style its colours and shape, and print it on a cover, a poster, or a table card at a con. Each code counts its scans over time, and you can even drop one onto a page as an overlay so a printed copy links back to more of your work.

Pro note
Put a QR on your business card. One scan and a stranger is reading your comic on the train home.

Quick questions

No. The Social and Email options open a ready-to-send post or message, and you press send. Reach lets you broadcast in one go, but it is always you hitting the button.

Anything public: your studio, a series, an issue, and your profile all have the same Share button, so you can point people at exactly the right thing.

In-app messaging is for people you're connected with (the colleague side). For fans, use Copy link, Social, Email, or a QR code, which need no connection.

Yes. Each tracks its scans over 7, 30, and 90 days and lifetime, so you can see which printed placement actually brought readers.

Your work travels further

Links, socials, and codes, your favorite part of FoundryInk is one tap from anywhere. Next, tidy the studio itself.
