Feedback and getting to all clear

Between drawing a page and publishing it sits the important work of feedback. FoundryInk keeps it right on the art: pin comments to a page, thread a discussion, and resolve each one until the issue reads all clear. This is the loop that catches the typo before your readers do.

1Leave feedback on the work

Feedback for your team (never readers) sits in two places, and both are right on the work. Page-pinned comments are anchored to a specific page: right-click the page or open its Comments tab and leave a 'fix this panel' note, with threaded replies, @mentions and a resolved-or-not state. For the bigger conversation there is the asset's Member chat, a team chat that rides in the docked shelf beside every asset (the tab rail on the right, with Tasks, Member chat and Notes). Everyone on the asset is in it automatically, and anything that comes up which needs doing can be turned into a task on the spot.

Roles apply to page comments: QA and up can start one and any contributor can reply, so everyone weighs in at the right level. Member chat is open to everyone on the asset.
Pro note
Pin the note to the exact page. 'Page nine, third panel' in a chat gets lost; a pin never does.

2Triage it fast

You don't hunt through every page. Each asset has an Unresolved Comments tab, and, even better, a project-wide one that gathers every open thread across the whole series in one list. Each card shows where it lives with quick Resolve, Reply, and Go to comment actions, so a reviewer clears feedback without opening each issue by hand.

Pro note
Work from the project-wide unresolved list on review days. It is the most efficient screen in the studio.

3Reach all clear

When every thread is resolved, the issue shows all clear, your signal it's truly ready. Feedback also plugs into your board: promote any comment into a task card that stays linked to its page or thread, and moving that card to Done resolves the original comment. Then a director publishes with confidence.

This is your internal review, separate from public critic reviews (those are readers' Crisp / Faded verdicts on already-published issues).
Pro note
All clear is a real finish line. Reach it before you publish and readers get your best draft, not your first.

Quick questions

They're internal, for your collaborators, never readers. QA and up can start a comment, and any contributor can reply, so feedback stays in the team.

Use the Unresolved Comments tab: each asset has one, and the project-wide one gathers every open thread across the whole series into a single triage list.

Every comment thread on the issue is resolved. It's your signal the issue has cleared internal review and is genuinely ready for a director to publish.

No. This is internal, pre-publish feedback. Public critic reviews are readers' Crisp or Faded verdicts on issues you've already published, a separate system.
