A published comic that nobody can find might as well not exist. FoundryInk gives readers several ways in: Browse, your feed, your public page, and codes you can put anywhere. Here is how to switch them all on.
The one switch that matters most: flip your studio from Unlisted to Listed in discovery (the toggle in your studio header). Listed studios get a public page at your own address and show up in Browse, the platform's discovery landing. Every time you publish or post, it flows into your studio feed, a scrollable, searchable stream readers follow.
Shape what visitors see first. In Audience, then Public page, build a Featured strip of hand-picked issues and posts in the order you choose, and set a Pinned hero, one free published asset that headlines your page (interactive kinds even play inline). If your work fits a tall 9:16 free format, flip Show in Shorts on its Content tab to ride the Shorts rail.
Discovery is not only on FoundryInk. In the QR Codes tab, make a branded code that points at any of your pages, style its colours and shape, and drop it on a print cover, a table at a con, or a poster. Each code tracks its scans over time, so you can see which placements actually bring readers.
Work down the list and readers start finding you. Each links into the app. Saved on this device.
Listed studios get a public page and appear in Browse and discovery. Unlisted studios are private and hidden from browsing, though direct links still work. You flip it in your studio header.
A free, published asset in a tall 9:16 aspect (video, art, or a short comic). Turn on Show in Shorts from the asset's Content tab.
At your studio's own address, /p/ your slug. The Public page button in your studio opens exactly what visitors see.
They turn offline moments (a con, a printed cover, a poster) into online readers, and each code counts its scans so you can see what is working.
Listed, featured, and linkable from anywhere. The last piece is keeping the readers you win. Next, build a community around your work.
