Muse is your studio assistant: a helping hand for the fiddly parts of running a studio. It sets things up, answers how-to questions, and handles chores, always showing you what it's about to do first. It never writes your creative work. Here's how to put it to work.
Muse is behind the sparkles button in the header. Tap it and a drawer slides out from the right; your conversation stays saved, and you can switch between sessions, search them, or start fresh. Just tell it what you want in plain language, and answer its follow-ups with the clickable chips it offers (or type your own).
Muse can create a studio, project, or asset, and edit what exists, rename a studio, re-price an asset, tidy a blog post, and for comics it opens a drop zone (PDFs auto-split into pages). The golden rule: it shows you a confirmation card of exactly what it's about to change, and only acts when you click Create or confirm. Nothing happens behind your back.
Muse also knows the app: ask 'how do I publish?' or 'is this asset ready?' and it checks the real state (page count, approvals, pricing) and tells you exactly what's blocking you, then offers to take you straight there. When you're editing a page it can even describe what it sees, saved on the page's Details. It reaches across the studio: assets, Codex, orders, task boards, QR codes, and more.
No. Muse helps with setup and chores, answers questions, and organizes, but it never authors your creative work. You stay the author of everything.
Muse is gated by a studio owner or admin toggle in Admin, Users. If it's off for your account, the assistant won't appear.
Never. Muse shows a confirmation card of exactly what it's about to do and only acts when you click Create or confirm. You're always in control.
There's a small daily allowance so it can't be spammed, which normal use won't hit. Deeper features like the Codex and imports need the Muse and Premium layers.
Setup, chores, and how-tos, handled, always with your say-so. That's the whole toolkit for making your work. Next up: getting paid for it.
